Family Enterprise Ownership and Governance Programme

Preparing rising-generation members of Asia-Pacific family enterprises for ownership, governance and meaningful contribution.

A joint programme developed by Kindred House and delivered in partnership with the University of St Andrews.

This 12-month executive programme combines three four-day residential modules, one-to-one mentoring and applied work on each participant's own family enterprise.

What participants leave with

Each participant completes a board-ready Individual Legacy & Growth Project Board Pack, supported by six practical ownership and governance outputs. Participants present the work to a faculty and practitioner panel and receive structured feedback as part of assessment.

Successful completion leads to an Executive Programme Certificate of Completion, lifetime Kindred House alumni membership and University of St Andrews alumni status.
